Am I Eligible?

The majority of people can donate blood, however there are some reasons that may prevent you from donating such as age or weight. Below you will find a quick quiz to see if you are eligible to donate. This quiz will ask you questions regarding the most common reasons people cannot donate. 16 and 17 year olds are required to turn in a permission slip signed by a parent or legal guardian. Permission slips are available to download here (please print on white paper only).
