Be a part of a team that provides a safe and adequate blood
supply to the community!
While practicing excellent customer services skills, obtain
medical histories, perform medical
screening procedures & make accurate decisions related to
donor suitability. Perform venipuncture for whole blood &
blood product collection. Closely monitor donors during &
after collection process; provide appropriate follow-up.
Set-up and break-down of work & refreshment areas.
Perform other related duties as assigned. This position will
be required to work in a mobile (bus) setting on a daily basis.
Must be available 7 days a week. Some drives depart as early
at 4:30 am; others start in the afternoon and return at midnight.
Must be available to work any schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/ GED
Prior Customer Service Experience
Willingness to complete company sponsored Donor Services
(non-certification) Training
Successfully pass Donor Services pre-employment test
Proficient computer skills
No visible tattoos / no acrylic nails
Preferred Qualifications but Not Required
Six (6) months medical field experience
Medical course certification
Ability to drive company vehicles including mobile bus units
