Be a part of a team that provides a safe and adequate blood
supply to the community!
While practicing excellent customer services skills, obtain
medical histories, perform medical screening procedures & make
accurate decisions related to donor suitability. Perform
venipuncture for whole blood & blood product collection.
Closely monitor donors during & after collection process;
provide appropriate follow-up. Perform other related duties as
assigned. Will be required to work on mobile unit, as needed.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/ GED
Prior Customer Service Experience
Willingness to complete company sponsored Donor Services
(non-certification) Training
Successfully pass Donor Services pre-employment test
Proficient computer skills
No visible tattoos / no acrylic nails
Preferred Qualifications but Not Required
Six (6) months medical field experience
Medical course certification
Ability to drive company vehicles including mobile bus units
